Mr. LeDoux has stated that his mission in his career is to break down barriers our students and their families face that might hinder a child's educational achievement.  To that end,  with support from the Board of Trustees, he has implemented a free breakfast and lunch program for all students, founded the Parent and Community Engagement Center, and expanded offerings of the District's ASES and ELOP programs. Additionally, he has worked to increase services for students through the addition of site counselors and psychologists, while expanding the district's STEM and music programs, to name a few.

Continuous improvement is key to supporting our community, according to Mr. LeDoux and he welcomes all input that our students, staff and community may provide.
