The El Centro Elementary School District will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of updated school facilities fees (Level I Developer Fees) on new residential, commercial, and industrial development within the District. These fees are proposed based on the District’s 2026 School Facility Fee Justification Study, which identifies the impact of new development on school enrollment and the need for additional school facilities.
The public hearing will take place during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Governing Board on March 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office Board Room. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide comments. The School Facility Fee Justification Study is currently available for public review in the District Office #3.
