Dear Parents,
If you received a take-home COVID-19 test kit from your child's school or have previously registered with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), you may receive a follow-up text or email from the CDPH asking that you "log your test results" via a link provided. This is to allow the CDPH to measure the effectiveness of the take-home testing and remind the community to stay safe. Please note that while you are encouraged to log your results, you are not required to do so to take the test. ECESD provided the test kits to our students and staff to allow for quick and easy testing so that parents can take appropriate action should a test result be positive.
If you did not receive a test kit, but would like to have your child tested for COVID-19 prior to returning to school, the District is providing a test option on Monday, January 3rd from 8AM - 4PM at Booker T. Washington MPR, Wilson Junior High Gym and the ECESD Parent and Community Engagement (PACE) Center on Commercial Avenue. All students and staff members are welcome to attend to be tested for COVID-19 with results provided in approximately 15 minutes.

Si recibió un kit de prueba COVID-19 para llevar a casa de la escuela de su hijo o se registró previamente en el Departamento de Salud Pública de California (CDPH), puede recibir un mensaje de texto o correo electrónico de seguimiento del CDPH pidiéndole que "registre su resultados de la prueba "a través de un enlace proporcionado. Esto es para permitir que el CDPH mida la efectividad de las pruebas para llevar a casa y recordarle a la comunidad que se mantenga segura. A 4 p. M. En Booker T. Washington MPR, Wilson Junior High Gym y el ECESD Parent and Community Engagement (PACE) Center en Commercial Avenue.
