Raising A Reader

Our school district’s mission is to ensure that each student reaches exceptional academic achievement every day. We believe that early literacy skills are necessary to develop strong readers. The Raising a Reader program has been fully implemented in all nine school sites hosting TK and Kindergarten classrooms. The TK and Kindergarten families will reap the benefits of the program’s components which enhance pre-literacy skills through books and family engagement.
